ACSI warrants products for a period of one year, to the original customer, from the date of purchase or repair. During the warranty period, ACSI will repair or replace any product found to be defective in ACSI materials or workmanship, during normal usage, for which a warranty claim has been made. Shipping of equipment is not included. A RMA must be obtained from ACSI prior to any products received under warranty: repaired or purchased. At our sole discretion, ACSI may use new equipment as a warranty replacement whether original product was new or refurbished. All defective parts, products or equipment replaced under warranty shall become property of ACSI.

Warranty Liability

This warranty is made in lieu of all other warranties, whether expressed or implied, written or oral, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, including compatibility to any 3rd party manufactured telecommunications equipment. ACSI, in no event, shall be held liable to any party for lost profit and savings. ACSI is waived from any incidental or consequential damage from the use, misuse or inability to use ACSI products. ACSI liability, in any event, shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid to ACSI.

Excluded from this warranty are damages to products or software resulting from, but not limited to, improper installation, abuse, improper use, negligence, vandalism, acts of God, accidents, fires, floods, lightning strikes, electrical abnormalities and voltage surges.
